Refund policy

Huge Photo Collage sells digital collage templates. You receive a PowerPoint (.pptx) file that you open in Canva, fill with your own photos and download for printing. Nothing physical is shipped, and a file cannot be returned once it has been delivered. This policy explains what we do when something goes wrong.

Our faulty-file guarantee

If the file you receive is faulty, we will fix it or refund you in full. A file is faulty if:

it will not open in Canva or Microsoft PowerPoint;
it does not match what you ordered (template, size, orientation, or the word or number you chose); or
your download link does not work, and we cannot restore it for you.

Email orders@hugephotocollage.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We will reply within 2 business days (Philippine time) and send a corrected file within 3 business days of confirming the fault. If we cannot correct it, we will refund the full price you paid.

What we cannot refund

Because a digital file cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once your download link has been delivered. We also do not treat the following as faults, because they are described on the product page and in our Canva guide before you buy:

Square sizes open in Canva very slightly taller than wide (for example, 24 × 24.25″). This is deliberate, because Canva otherwise shrinks square imports to a social-media size. The extra sliver is blank and can be trimmed.
40 × 60″ imports at 93% of full size (37.3 × 56″), because PowerPoint files cannot declare a page larger than 56″. Printing the PDF at 107% gives the full size.
Bordered styles (polaroid, matted, scrapbook and vision-board): the white or kraft border is part of each sample photo, so a photo you swap in arrives without it.
Fonts on titled templates may be replaced by Canva with the closest font it has.
Print sharpness depends on the resolution of the photos you add, the export settings you choose in Canva, and your print provider. PNG or JPG downloads from a free Canva account are too low-resolution to print well. Please download as PDF with the Print preset.
Features, limits or pricing of Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint or your print provider, which are outside our control.

Accidental duplicate orders

If you accidentally buy the same design twice, email us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate order.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery begins, provided that you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to withdraw. At checkout you give that consent and acknowledgment, and your download link is delivered straight away. Your statutory rights for digital content that is faulty or not as described are not affected. You are also covered by the faulty-file guarantee above.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines and the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (RA 11967).

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post them. When an order is refunded or cancelled, its download link stops working.
