Pug photo collage, made from your own photos
The snoring from the next room. The head tilt when you say "walk." That little curled tail going like a propeller the second your key hits the door. A pug photo collage is cut to a stocky, square little pug with a flat face, soft folded ears and a tightly curled tail, and filled with every wrinkle, every sigh and every stolen spot on the couch.

How many photos fit
Every figure comes from the layout engine rather than a rule of thumb. The suggested count is where each photo prints about two inches across, big enough to make out a face from across the room. The minimum is 15 photos; below that, parts of the outline can be left without a photo. Like a real pug, the outline is compact and a touch wider than tall, so a square print suits it, such as 20 × 20″ or 24 × 24″.
| Print size | Photos | Suggested |
|---|---|---|
| 12 × 12″ | 15–60 | 15 |
| 12 × 18″ | 15–100 | 15 |
| 16 × 20″ | 15–140 | 20 |
| 16 × 24″ | 15–170 | 20 |
| 20 × 20″ | 15–180 | 35 |
| 20 × 30″ | 15–275 | 35 |
| 24 × 24″ | 15–250 | 50 |
| 24 × 36″ | 15–375 | 50 |
| 30 × 40″ | 15–525 | 80 |
| 36 × 54″ | 15–875 | 110 |
| 40 × 60″ | 15–1075 | 140 |
Questions
Mine is black, not fawn. Does it matter?
Not a bit. The outline has no color; the photos carry it. A fawn pug with a black mask or an all-black pug, the shape fills with your own pictures, so it looks like yours.
What happens inside the curled tail?
A real pug tail curls so tight there's a tiny hole in the middle. We filled that in on purpose, so you won't get a blank speck in your print. The curl still reads clearly as a pug tail.
Can I use it as a memorial?
Yes. Pugs fill a house with noise and company, and the quiet after is hard. Fill it with their happiest days and add their name and years underneath. Our pet memorial collages have more gentle ideas.
What occasions is it good for?
- A birthday or gotcha day, party hat optional but encouraged
- Christmas for the pug lover in your life
- A memorial for the snorer you still listen for
- A new puppy's first year, all wrinkles and tiny paws
- A pug meetup or pug rescue fundraiser, every face in one frame
Which photos should I put in it?
- The head tilt, from every angle you ever caught it
- Asleep upside down with the tongue just showing
- Costumes: hot dog, bumblebee, the one you won't admit to
- Puppy wrinkles before the face grew into them
- Squished against the window waiting for you to come home
What can I write under the outline?
- Otis · 2012–2026
- Professional napper, full-time love
- Life is better with a pug
- We still listen for your snore
- All wrinkles, all heart
