Persian cat photo collage, made from your own photos
The evening brushing, on your lap, with the radio on. That flat little face peering over the arm of the sofa. The cloud of fur on every dark sweater you own. A Persian cat photo collage is cut to a fluffy Persian sitting and looking straight at you, with a round head, two small ears, wide cheeks, a big ruff and a bushy tail swept to one side, and filled with every slow, royal year.

How many photos fit
Every figure comes from the layout engine rather than a rule of thumb. The suggested count is where each photo prints about two inches across, big enough to make out a face from across the room. The minimum is 9 photos; below that, parts of the outline can be left without a photo. Sitting up and facing you, the Persian is about three-quarters as wide as she is tall, so a portrait print suits her, such as 16 × 20″ or 24 × 36″.
| Print size | Photos | Suggested |

| 16 × 24″ | 9–170 | 45 |
| 20 × 20″ | 9–180 | 40 |
| 20 × 30″ | 9–275 | 70 |
| 24 × 24″ | 9–250 | 60 |
| 24 × 36″ | 9–375 | 110 |
| 30 × 40″ | 9–525 | 160 |

Questions
Why does this one face forward?
Because a Persian's best feature is her face. Most of our cats stand or sit side-on, but in profile all that fur hides the flat face and tiny ears, and she'd look like any fluffy cat. Facing you, with the round head, the wide cheeks and the ruff, she's a Persian at a glance.
Does it work for an Exotic Shorthair or a big fluffy rescue?
Yes. Exotic Shorthairs share the same round face and sturdy build, so the outline suits them well. It's a lovely fit for any big, fluffy, round-faced cat, pedigree or not.
Mine is white. Or silver. Or calico. Does that matter?
No. The outline has no color of its own. White, cream, black, red, blue, silver, shaded, calico or a Himalayan with a dark face, your photos carry every shade, so it looks like your cat.
Can I use it as a memorial?
Yes. Persians are calm, steady company, and the empty cushion can be the hardest thing to look at. Fill it with your favorite years and add a name and dates underneath. Our pet memorial collages have more gentle ideas.
What occasions is it good for?
- A birthday or gotcha day for the cat who runs the house from a cushion

- A memorial for a gentle, quiet companion
- A kitten's first year, from tiny fluffball to full lion's ruff
- A groomer's favorite client, or a season of cat shows and blow-dries
Which photos should I put in it?
- Freshly brushed, at peak fluff
- The summer lion cut, if there ever was one
- Asleep on the windowsill like a dropped pillow
- That serious face, head-on, judging you kindly

What can I write under the outline?

- Fluff, judgment and love
- Brushed with love, every day
